Reiki Level 1

Reiki level one is often described as the beginning to a magical healing journey of self discovery and inner peace. Reiki is an amazing addition to anyones life path, whether already trained in other healing modalities or someone completely new to energy and just ready to take the first step on a new life journey.During this course you will receive energy attunements which will open your energy channels to allow you to bring through the Reiki energy for self healing and healing others.

You will learn:

• How to give a self healing treatment
• How to give a treatment to others
• How to scan the body for energy blocks
• Treating pets/animals
• The history of Reiki
• The Chakra system
• The Aura and how to keep it clear and healthy
• Crystals - Their uses and how to care for them
• Energy protection
• Space clearing techniques
• The Reiki principals

The weekend will consist of the Reiki attunements, teachings on the above topics and more (we never know what will come up on our courses!;)), guided meditations, self healings, a full Reiki treatment for each student, lunch on both days, lots of tea & treats, plenty of laughs, bonding and of course, lots of enlightenment!Class on both days will run from 10am to 5pm.

There are no official prerequisites to take this course, we simply request that you come with an open mind and an open heart.
