As products are handmade, there is a 2- 4 day processing time before the item is shipped. In general we would ship Wednesday and Fridays each week to reduce the number of trips to the post office. All shipping is done with An Post services unless otherwise communicated.

If you product is Pre-made ( Bought directly from the store with no additional add-ons) then you can expect your product will be shipped within a 1 - 3 day time frame. All shipping is done with An Post services unless otherwise communicated.

In general we do not insure items, most items fall within the price range of 50 - 100 euro price range, however if you wish to insure your item, or your item is commissioned and priced outside of this range then we suggest you opt for an insured postal service. We will contact you at the time of shipping if this is the case.

Currently local postal services are not experiencing any major delays within the Ireland of Ireland, however we are experiencing delays with the Raw Material supply chain which may effect your shipping and Delivery date. Please bare with us while we do the best we can to deliver on any special date required, we will advise you if there any delays at the time of purchase, but please be aware this will always be outside our control.
