Please complete the form below to place your order. Once we receive your order form, we will be in touch in the following days to discuss how to send the ashes or other special material that you would like placed inside the gemstone. Please do know that this is a very sacred process and they will be handled and cared for with the utmost respect and reverence.
Once your Keepsake piece is completed we will message you with a picture and details of final price to ensure you are happy before we finalise the sale and ship your pendant.
We do ask for a €20 deposit to secure your place in our books, please fill out the form first and then click the pay deposit button when you have submitted your form.
